Humpback Whale

We drove out to Commencement Bay to see if we could spot the Humpback. We lucked out and after spotting it from shore, we walked on to the ferry and I got these from the vibrating ferry deck. What a thrill to see this lovely creature in Washington waters.

Hi Dawn....ohhhhh....these pictures got my attention that is for sure...as you know it is very hard to get a photo as they slide into the water so quickly...hey we both did whales on the same day...great minds think alike!!!! I hope to get much better whale pics than I did last year with my new 400mm and some extenders....
