Phlox at Mt Rainier

May the stars carry your sadness away,
May the flowers fill your heart with beauty,
May hope forever wipe away your tears,
And, above all, may silence make you strong.

I imagine that the mountain wildflowers are in full bloom about now. Delightful.

thank you ladies, nice to see you out and about Ocean!
Not many flowers in the mt yet Sandy. These were down lower on the side of the road. But snow still covers the best meadows.

Wow ... what a beautiful little plant. Our garden Phlox has the same shape and colour flowers, but it's so tall!

Hey Jay,

Our common garden phlox comes in all shapes and sizes. I am just impressed it even lives after all the snow piled on it all winter.
