Great photo of your mountain. I didn't realize until this year what a great effect that living on a mountain can have. I felt the best I've felt in over a decade after being at high elevations in Oregon. I could sense a strong change in my comfort level as soon as we left the mountain and were almost down to sea level. I'm envious that you live so close, but am glad for you. Rich is a wise man to have moved (for more reasons than mountians...)
The time I spent in the Sierras in early October did me a world of good. Just seeing this photo and reading John Muir's words, I get "good tidings." Thanks so much, dawn.
